Bobby’s Top Picks Update for 9-2-11

Over the past couple months I have been looking at properties I consider to be “top picks”. It has been a rather random process and actually quite fun and very telling. The truth is I was just looking for something to blog about! I love property and selling real estate so why not make it about what I thought might or could sell next. The process is very random and all across the board. Basically, me have fun and putting my 15 years of watching hot sheet to work. I knew one day that would come in handy as I have watched the hot sheets religiously. Even when traveling in a third world country on a surf trip. I always find a way to check this market out! I might in the future narrow my searches down but for now I will remain as random as I can. Its more difficult to do this but I have never been known to take the easy road. Plus, random is more fun! I also consider all of 30A special and my 30 plus years here have shown me not everyone wants to be in the same area.
